Monument to Belozercev - Balashov

Description
On the massive and relief pedestal there is a bust of Nikolay Aleksandrovich Belozertcev. Nikolay Aleksandrovich is looking into distance. In his eyes and on his face you can see a courage and confidence. A wind moves the raincoat on his shoulders. There is a memorial inscription on the pedestal, “A hero of the Soviet Union, Staff sergeant Belozercev N.A.”.
Creation history
The monument to a citizen of the village Big Karay (Bolshoy Karay) in Saratov Oblast was established in 1986 in Balashov next to the entrance to the Kuybyshev Park on the crossroad of Soviet Street and Lenina Street in front of the Boarding school which was named in his honor.
How to find
From the railway station Balashov-1 by bus ¹ 3 go till the bus stop next to the Movie Theater “Victory” and go along the Lenin Street till the crossroad with Soviet Street. There in front of the Boarding school (Lenin Street bld.3) you will find the monument to Belozercev.
