Description
Of cause a monument to love looks like a heart. It is made from four steel tubes. For this monument was needed 70 meters of the tubes. There are Japanese bells inside the heart.
Creation history
The monument was established in the Hermitage Garden on the Valentine's Day. In 2005 during the celebration the Valentine's Day in the Hermitage Garden one girl showed to organizer a photo of the drawing on a building. After one year the monument was established.
Traditions
After the establishment was born tradition. If you make a wish and pass through the heart then your wish will come true. Also another tradition exists. Honestly it’s a game. Two players should stand face to face and start blow on the bell. And when one player faints then he lost the game. It’s showing that the winner has bigger lungs, bigger breast and bigger heart. Of cause it is joke.
How to find
Go to metro station Mayakovskaya and exit forward Triumphalnaya square(Triumph square). There turn to the Tverskaya street and go forward to the center of Moscow till the Degtyarnuiy lane. Here turn left on this lane. Go through Degtyanuiy lane till Uspenskiy lane. Go forward on the Uspenskiy lane till the corner with Karetnuiy ryad street. Turn left and after several meters will be enter to the Hermitage Garden. Here in the garden you will find this romantic monument.
