The man is dressed in a classic suit, raincoat, and bowler hat of the photographer. He is standing and holding an umbrella in one hand and other hand his is opening the camera lens. Creation history

The monument was established in 2003 on the Small Garden street next to the building 3. It was established in honor of the founder of the famous photo studio in Saint Petersburg Karl Bulla. He founded the first photo studio in Russia on Small Garden street 3 in Saint Petersburg.
