Monument - Gena the Crocodile and friends

Description
The monument to the cartoon’s heroes about kind and green crocodile and his friends is a bronze sculpture composition. The sculpture composition contains four sculptures. Gena the crocodile is playing the harmonica and is singing a song. Cheburashka is listening to the song. Lariska the rat also is listening to the song. Shapoklyak is standing behind them and is holding a slingshot.
Creation history
The monument was established in 2005 on the crossroad Guriev and Mikhalevich streets a project by the sculptor Oleg Ershov. Everybody likes this monument but the sculpture of the rat was stolen several times but every time it was moved back on the place.
How to find
From train station Ramenskoye go to the Rail passage street and on this street go to a crossroad with Guriev street. Turn left and go to the crossroad with Mikhalevich street. Cross the crossroad and you are next to the monument – Gena the crocodile and friends.
