Description
The monument to the famous literary critic of 1850-1860 Nikolay Dobrolyubov who was born in Nizhny Novgorod looks like Nikolay is sitting on his chair and thinking. The monument is made from the bronze and placed on the granite pedestal.
Creation history
The monument was established in 1986 on the day of the 150th anniversary of Nikolay Dobrolyubov. The monument is placed next to the Nizhny Novgorod State Academic Drama Theatre name M. Gorky.
How to find
By tram (routs 1, 1K, 2, 21) go to bus stop Big Pokrovskaya street. On the crossroad turn right and go to the theater square. On the right side the Nizhny Novgorod State Academic Drama Theatre name M. Gorky (Big Pokrovskaya street b.13). From the right side of the theater you will find the monument to Nikolay Dobrolyubov.
