Monument to Alexander Radishchev

Description
A small monument to Russian revolutionary thinker and famous writer Alexander Nikolayevich Radishchev it is a bronze bust of the writer on the granite cylindrical pedestal.
There is a bronze cartouche which looks like scroll with the memorial inscription – “To Alexander Nikolayevich Radishchev. 1749 – 1802”. In the square where is the monument there is a hoarding with the historical note of the life of Alexander Radishchev.
Creation history
The monument what was made by the sculptor Usov V.I. was established in 1995 in the square of Verkhnyaya Radishchev street. By this road the writer came back to Moscow from Siberia after long deportation.
How to find
Go to the metro station Taganskaya (Koltsevaya Line) and exit to Verhnyaya Radishchev street. On this street go on north till the square next to the building 14. Here you will see the monument to Alexander Nikolayevich Radishchev.
