Description

Monument to Peter the Great in Losino-PetrovskyThe monument-bust to the Emperor of All Russia Peter the Great it is a small bronze bust of Peter I on the small rectangular pedestal with wide foundation. The pedestal is faced with black granite tiles. There is a memorial inscription on the pedestal: “To Tsar Peter the Great”. On the back side of the pedestal there are names of the citizens of Losino-Petrovsky who was involved to the creation of this monument. Around the monument there are street lamps in vintage style.

Creation history

The monument to Peter I was established in the park next to the crossroad of the streets Nagornaya and Lenin in the the town Losino-Petrovsky.

How to find

By the buses 26, 30, 32, 362, and 38 go to the bus stop Runok (Market). When you will go out from the bus you will see the park turn right and go along the street Nagornaya about 100 meters toward the cathedral of saint Nikolas. Turn left and in 20 meters from you there you will see the monument to Peter the Great.
