Monument to Krasovsky Stepan Akimovich

Description
The monument to the Marshal of the aviation Krasovsky Stepan Akimovich it is a white bust of Stepan Akimovich which was placed on the high pedestal which decorated by the black granite tiles. There is a white granite plate on the pedestal with a memorial inscription: “Hero of the Soviet Union, the Marshal of the aviation Krasovsky Stepan Akimovich”.
Creation history
The monument was established in 1997 in year of the 100th anniversary since birthday of the marshal in the urban-type settlement Monino in the beginning of the street which was named in his honor in front of the building ¹13. A sculptor Vengrin N.F. became an author of the monument.
How to find
From the railway station Monino go along the street Moskovskaya (Moscow street) till the crossroad with the street Krasovsky. Turn left and go toward the building ¹13 where you will find the monument to Krasovsky Stepan Akimovich.
