Monument to Fyodor Tolbukhin

Description
A prominent man the Marshal of the Soviet Union Fyodor Ivanovich Tolbukhin appears to us tired, dressed in rumpled raincoat. Like after hard win he came to the battle field and is looking on the terrible things what were happened and he is thinking what else he can do to stop the Nazi invader.
There is a big and black pedestal with big bottom part under sculpture of Fyodor Ivanovich. There is a memorial inscription on the pedestal “The Marshal of the Soviet Union Fyodor Ivanovich Tolbukhin. 1894 - 1949”.
Creation history
The monument was made by the sculptor L.E. Kebel and the architect G.A. Zaharov and established in 1960 in the park on the Suvorov square. Also in the capital of the Bulgaria Sofia was established the monument to Fyodor Tolbukhin who also was a Hero of the Peoples Republic of Bulgaria. Unfortunately on the wave of the democracy in the 90s the monument in Sofia was dismantled and moved to the hometown Tutaev a province of Yaroslavl.
How to find
Go to metro station Dostoevskaya and exit to the Theater of Soviet Army. Go to the park on the Suvorov square pass the monument to Alexander Vasilyevich Suvorov. Go through the Suvorov square. After the square you go to Catherine square and also go through the square and there will be Samotechny Boulevard (Gravity Boulevard). There in the widest part of Samotechny Boulevard you will find the monument to the Marshal of the Soviet Union Fyodor Ivanovich Tolbukhin (Samotechnaya street bld. 13).
