Monument to fallen pilots of the military transport aviation

Description
The monument to fallen pilots of the military transport aviation it is a rudder fin with the image of the star on it. The monument was placed on the low pedestal from bricks. From the left side of the monument there is a high stele which was painted like the Ribbon of Saint George. There is a star on the top of the stele and under the star there is a emblem of the Military Transport Aviation of Russia. In front of the monument there is a granite stone with a memorial inscription: “An imperishable memory and undying glory of you, who had gone to the immortality”.
Creation history
The monument was established on the territory of the Balashov Higher Military Aviation School in honor of fallen pilots of the military transport aviation who protected our motherland from the aggressors.
How to find
From the railway station Balashov-1 by the bus ¹ 8 go till the bus stop on the Street of 30 years of the victory next to the second entrance to the Military Aviation School. From the second entrance go along the territory of the school to the main entrance. Before the building - Officers` Club you will find the monument to fallen pilots of the military transport aviation.
