Description
Big sculptural composition of heroes of Russian fairy tales contains ten bronze sculptures which are placed in the artificial river Neglinka next to Moscow Kremlin on Manezhnaya Square. Here you can meet a Firebird, a mermaid and old man and gold fish, the Frog Princess with Ivan Tsarevich and other interesting heroes. Around the sculptures there are beautiful fountains. Main part of the composition it is sculpture times of the year. It is four big horses. In the same time it is a big beautiful fountain.
Creation history
Sculptures were created by the sculptor Zurab Tsereteli and were established in 1996.
Traditions
Sculpture of the old man and gold fish very popular and have interesting tradition. Just touch gold fish and you won’t have a problem with police.

Go to metro station Okhotny Ryad and exit to Manezhnaya Square. Here next to big shopping center where river Neglinka starts you will find these interesting heroes of fairy tales.
